The property is anchored by Martin’s Grocery and is comprised of approximately 113,000 square feet with a mixture of retail tenants that caters to the surrounding affluent demographic.

Stony Point represents Verris Capital’s third acquisition in the past 14 months and showcases to the firm’s ability to identify and uniquely source value-add investments in the Mid-Atlantic region.
